During our free, no obligation “walk-through” consultation, we will explain the valuation process, marketing, pre-sale set-up and sales event process, and answer any questions you may have. Once you have retained ACES, we will work together with you to create a sale plan.

- We will post a minimum of 150 professionally staged item pictures on at least 4 websites..
- We will market via our vast email client list to draw additional customers.
- We will advertise at least one local print ad and use large directional signs to direct customers to the sale..
- We will prepare effectively, and do our utmost to limit access or exposure to private or sensitive information or areas at the sale.
- We will staff accordingly to protect your home and property, and admit people in appropriate size groups.
- We always open on time and never close early, and with client permission, we will stay late if we still have customers.
- We are an extension of you, and will treat sale customers with respect and kindness.
